Over the years we have worked on many highly sensitive projects. The levels of security and confidentiality that we offer is one of the reasons we are consistently chosen to undertake these assignments.
Our premises, located near London Bridge and the City, are very secure and feature varying levels of restricted access. All staff members sign a confidentiality agreement when they join us and are trained in all aspects of document security.
Under no circumstances do we outsource any of your documents to other suppliers or locations. We promise that your documents stay with us the entire time. All digital document files are stored on our secure servers with strictly controlled access. Pick-up and deliveries within the London area are done by our own vans. When we do need to use a courier we do so on a point-to-point basis that keeps us in complete control of your documents, from the time they arrive with us until they are back in your care.
To give you complete peace of mind we will be happy to offer you a personalised confidentiality agreement or to sign your own agreement, if required.
